Consultancy

Administration

At Torquil Clark Employee Benefits we believe that advising on and implementing a benefit for you and your employees is only part of the service you need from an employee benefits specialist. We can add value to the whole process by providing you with ongoing service through administration support.
For all the product areas we advise on, be it life insurance or group pensions, once we have set the policy up for you, we develop the relationship by constantly being there for you when changes need to be made. For instance, every time you have a new employee that qualifies for your pension scheme, we can work with the pension provider, on your behalf, to add them to your scheme. We can also update the provider when contribution levels change.

Our administration support is designed to ease the resource burden associated with providing your employees with benefits. Less resource means less cost to your business.

Communication

Many companies such as yours find that once they have received advice from an employee benefits specialist and implemented a benefit such as a pension, they are left with a costly burden; communication. It is not something that is immediately obvious, but any change requires the need to inform employees, and not just by letter or email. We find the best way to inform employees about changes to their benefits is to sit down and talk to them, face to face.
