A graduate of Manchester University with a 1st Class Honours degree, Rachel joined Torquil Clark Financial Planning in 2001, having previously worked for a well known international consultancy and insurance broker where she became a qualified financial adviser.

Whilst at Torquil Clark Financial Planning, Rachel has progressed through a series of financial planning examinations and has attained the status of Chartered Financial Planner - the highest professional status in financial services. Rachel's achievement is of particular importance as she is one of only a select few female financial advisers in the UK to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Her advanced qualifications include those for Equity Release, Personal Investment Planning and Pre and Post Retirement Solutions. This means that Rachel is ideally suited to provide financial advice on all areas of financial planning. This includes advising clients on their short and long-term retirement planning options.

As an investment planning expert, Rachel is able to help clients construct a portfolio that matches their individual circumstances or review any existing investments they have to ensure they are still appropriate for their needs.

Rachel works with each of her clients to establish a long-term relationship in order to ensure that they remain on course to achieve their financial goals. She does this by not only delivering the initial advice required by her clients but also by building regular reviews into the relationship so that she can ensure that their investment and pension assets continue to work to their maximum potential.
