Here we have a new fund from an exciting, and up and coming investment company.
Having established a presence in the UK equity market, PSigma are now looking to develop their range with this new fund, which widens the choice to investors in an increasingly interesting area of the European market. The fund aims to achieve income and long-term capital growth by investing primarily in Continental European companies.
Their investment approach uses a stock selection process based upon “inflection points” (where a notable change is about to take place) at the market, sector or stock level. They will concentrate on larger companies paying an income of over 3% pa. Their research indicates that European income stocks have dividends with earnings which are expected to grow at 10% over the next 2 years.
