We enjoy Corporate Chartered Financial Planner status – only 5% of companies like us do. Among other requirements, a Chartered firm must ensure that:

  1. their employees acquire and retain the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality advice
  2. the client’s best interests are at the heart of the advice they provide.

We also hold the financial industry’s Gold Standard Award, which assesses a company’s strength, capabilities, service standards, corporate values and the trust that clients place in the company: we are the only consultant to have won the Gold Standard for Independent Financial Advice for seven consecutive years.

As you would expect, we are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The governance and controls applied to our business are subject to close scrutiny by our compliance team and regular external audits. You can be completely confident in the quality and security of our advice.

When you deal with us you’re dealing with an independent group, which means that our consultants are able to recommend products from the whole market, not just a limited range of products. By not being tied to a bank, insurance company or any other financial institution, our business interests neither colour our judgement, nor influence the advice we provide to you.

Our people

Our aim is to make it easy for you to deal with us. When you become a client you will have your own dedicated consultant.

Every consultant has qualifications in excess of those required to be an independent financial consultant. Many of our consultants are Chartered, which means they are at the highest level of academic and professional achievement.

Your consultant is supported by a team of researchers, analysts and technical administration staff. We employ the best people available to us and through ongoing training and development we ensure we continue to provide an excellent service.
